Dr. Peter Chong Han Joo received his B.Eng. (with distinction) in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, Halifax, NS, Canada, in 1993, and his M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, in 1996 and 2000, respectively.

Between July 2000 and January 2001, he worked in the Advanced Networks Division at Agilent Technologies Canada Inc., Vancouver, BC, Canada. From February 2001 to May 2002, he was with the Radio Communications Laboratory at Nokia Research Center, Helsinki, Finland, and was actively working in research on WCDMA and standardization for HSDPA to be included in Rel 5. During his stay in Finland, he has taught part of a graduate course in WCDMA at the Helsinki University of Technology, Helsinki, Finland.

He is currently an Associate Professor of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He was a Technical Program Committee Chair for Mobility Conference 2005 and 2006 and he is a General Chair of Mobility Conference 2007. He was a Guest Editor of Journal of Internet Technology in 2006 and International Journal of Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous Computing in 2007. He is also a Guest Editor of IEEE Communications Magazine for the Special Issue on Technologies in Multihop Cellular Networks in Sept. 2007. He served as an Editor of Far East Journal of Electronics and Communications. He has conducted several workshops for WCDMA for various international conferences.

His research interests are in the areas of wireless and mobile communications systems including channel assignment schemes, radio resource management, multiple access, and mobile ad hoc networks.

Kelvin Wong is a certified technical analyst and holds a graduate degree in banking and finance. He has many years of experience in providing investment advisories to proprietary trading desks of major banks and hedge funds in his career. In his trading, Kelvin employs a combination of fundamental and technical analysis. He specializes in utilizing Fibonacci analysis to identify price projections and targets. Now a trainer and technical analyst with ChartNexus, he conducts ChartNexus seminars and training programs in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia regularly.

Elton Kuah received his BEng (Hons) from University of Nottingham in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is currently providing online marketing services and consultancy on online marketing strategy, and trainer on Facebook. Elton life passions are internet marketing, youth development, entrepreneurship, reading and travelling. In Internet Marketing, Elton has knowledge of copywriting, blogging, email marketing, social media marketing and Google Adwords and he applied all of these skills in building his online business.

Elton used pay per click campaign to produce winning ads campaign of the membership site niches, ebooks and mp3 audio. In Social Media marketing, Elton has developed 'Relationship Marketing System' in social media which he uses it to builds relevant lead and business collaborations.

Elton has trained participants from Facebook Pro Workshop, Virtual Internet Specialist Program in Singapore, Junior Chamber International and KL & Selangor Chinese Chambers and had spoken in various NGO related to online marketing. Elton has vision to share with others on how to leverage their online business to perpetual profit.
